"CFC has been the perfect place for me to train. As my training regiment changes for different events, CFC always has the variety of quality machines I need."

Emily began competing in marathons in October 0f 1998 and since then has participated in seven marathons In Chicago, New York and San Diego. She added triathlons to her training regiment in 2000 and competed in the Mrs. T's Chicago Triathlon in 2000 and 2001.

Most recently Emily participated in the Madison Ironman in September of 2002.
